Trump tweets about ABC/Washington Post poll

United States President Donald Trump tweeted on Sunday, commenting on a presidential approval poll by ABC / Washington Post: "The ABC/Washington Post Poll, even though almost 40% is not bad at this time, was just about the most inaccurate poll around election time!"

ABC wrote on Sunday that Americans gave Trump the lowest approval rating of any president in the past 70 years. The new poll said Trump's approval rating is at 36%, which marks a six-point decrease since the last poll which was conducted on the occasion of Trump's 100 days in office. Trump's current standing, according to ABC, is closest to that of Gerald Ford in February 1975 when his approval rating was 39%. Ford was the only US president to come into the Oval Office without being elected to the post of president or vice-president.
