Google launches its job search engine

Google said on Tuesday it launched a new job search engine that directly leads the US users to job boards like Linkedin, CareerBuilder, Facebook and others. Google will also include job listings it finds on a company’s homepage. The idea is to make it easier for job seekers to find which positions are available without having to go to multiple sites where they can often find duplicate postings or irrelevant jobs.

"With this new experience, we aim to connect Americans to job opportunities across the U.S., so no matter who you are or what kind of job you’re looking for, you can find job postings that match your needs," the statement said.

New feature is available in English on desktop and mobile and all a person has to do is type “jobs near me” and the search result page will display a new job search widget with broad range of jobs.  Once a person finds a job, Google will direct him or her to the job site to start application process.
