Tim Cook was on Clinton's list of VP options

Tim Cook, CEO of Apple Inc. was on the list of possible vice-presidential candidates for Hillary Clinton, according to an email released by WikiLeaks.

The email, allegedly from Clinton's campaign chairman John Podesta, dated March 17, includes a list of "a first cut of people to consider for VP." The list contains 39 names, among which was Senator Tim Kaine who was chosen by Clinton as her running mate on July 22.

Besides them, other notable names appearing in the message include: Bill Gates and Melinda Gates, Coca-Cola Co.'s CEO Muhtar Kent, Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz, Bloomberg's owner Michael Bloomberg and Mary Barra, the CEO of General Motors Company. Even Clinton's main rival in the Democratic primaries, Senator Bernie Sanders was included on the list.
